Make sure that the app is running. If you force the app to close (by swiping up on the app's preview) the watch loses the connection with the Lotus Connected app which deactivates many of its features, like the pushers.
Just so you know, having the Lotus Connected app open in the background does not use your phone battery.
Android
Make sure that there are no phone settings (like power save) restricting the Lotus Connected app from running in the background. Please note that how this is done depends on the OS version and phone model.
