The right of withdrawal is exempted for those items that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection (earrings etc.) provided they have been removed from their original packaging . Also exceptions are those articles that have been customized or modified at the customer's request.

How to make the return:

Start return request:

To carry out the return process you have two options that will vary depending on whether you are a registered customer or not:
- Unregistered customer: : If an order was placed without registering, the following steps should be followed.
  - Go to Returns and enter your e-mail address and order number (enter the full number, with letters and no spaces. Example: POFEST_COM20000000).
  - Enter a password to register your e-mail and access your personal client area.
  - Once inside the customer area, go to: My Account> My Returns and follow the steps indicated.
- Registered customer: access Account > My Returns, and follow the steps indicated.
Return method selection:

To carry out the return, you can choose the option that is most comfortable for you:
- Home collection: A SEUR delivery person will collect the return at home.
- Seur Pick Up Delivery: Deliver the package to the Seur Pick Up of your choice.
Return request confirmation:

Once the return request has been approved, the customer will receive a confirmation email. A return label and a delivery note will be attached to this email. (You can also download the return label and delivery note from: My Account> My Returns.)

The return label must be attached to the top of the box in which the return shipment is to be made and the delivery note must be inserted inside it.

Terms of delivery:

You must send us the product in perfect condition , unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use.

It is very important that you return the perfectly packaged products to us. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept returns.

Consequences of withdrawal:

The return shipment to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer, but in case of change , you will not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order.

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses and verified that all the above conditions are met, FESTINA will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made, and, where appropriate, the shipment of the new product:

If the payment was made by credit card or PayPal, the amount will be paid to the same credit card or PayPal account.

Note: The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt in our warehouse of the exchange or return product.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, FESTINA may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received, or until the customer has submitted proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.

Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card, it is likely that your bank will not show the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.
